We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to assess and match candidates to relevant roles, and to communicate with you about opportunities and our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.
If you join our talent network, we may share relevant details from your CV and profile with a client organisation when we believe a role is a strong fit. We aim to discuss significant submissions with you first, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Our forms are handled by third-party providers that deliver submissions to our inbox, and our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. These providers process your submission only to pass it to us. We encourage you to review the privacy terms of any service you submit information through.
We keep enquiry and candidate information for as long as it is useful for the purpose you shared it, and then we remove it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hiring@talent1x.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive details that are not needed for a role.
